Foundation Therapy Session

In this one-time 80 Minute introductory therapy session, you’ll be welcomed into a safe, supportive space where you’ll begin to form an unshakable connection with yourself. In this space, you’ll  connect with Amber, go over all of the important details, and embark on a journey to connect deeply with your story, goals and dreams, and highest self.

*This session lays a powerful foundation to all other sessions and is a prerequisite for all therapeutic sessions and programs (Trauma Processing, Regulation & Resiliency, Parenting with Purpose, Therapy Groups)
